Sri Lanka is another excellent choice, combining its own Ayurvedic roots with personalized retreats and a unique island wellness experience. Other countries like Germany, the US, and Australia also offer modernized or luxury Ayurvedic experiences but lack India’s and Sri Lanka’s deep, traditional roots and full-scale medical recognition.
